Shift is Moving to Maine!  Come celebrate local farms, the local brewery and Shift's time in Cambridge with us as we say farewell to our wonderful friends.

1st course:

Snack Board

local cheeses, meats, spreads, crackers, crostini

2nd course:

seasonal salad: mixed greens, seasonal veggies w/ a shallot vinaigrette

3rd course:

new potato, fresh garlic and fennel soup

4th course:

Sliced beef tenderloin, roasted mushrooms over sauteed greens

or

Ratatouille over creamy polenta

5th course:

Bourbon poached peach and vanilla semifreddo

topped with bourbon-butter sauce and almond crunch

or

vanilla semifreddo w/ whipped coffee and chocolate wafer
